We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We process orders Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). Most orders ship within 1-2 days from the order date.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19, the USPS is experiencing delays in delivering orders. Do expect that after your order has shipped, it may experience carrier delays and take longer than usual to receive.

CAN I UPGRADE MY LESS-THAN-$70 ORDER TO PRIORITY MAIL?
Absolutely! Customers whose orders don't qualify for Free Priority Mail Shipping can choose to upgrade at checkout for $5.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us, which includes your tracking number.
You will also an receive an Out for Delivery email + a Delivery Confirmation email. We like to make sure you are in the loop!
HOW WE SHIP OUR PACKAGES:
We are an eco-protective + earth-conscious company — we send all your items together in one box, whenever possible, by default.
Full-size Master Healers + full-size Love Nuggets ship individually and separately from other items in your order (to keep them and their luxe gift boxes protected). These always ship free via USPS Priority Mail.
Some additional exceptions to the one-box rule include: very large orders, orders with multiple sizable items, and orders where you have explicitly purchased separate boxes.

— We offer two shipping methods to Canada: USPS First Class Package International Service (flat-rate: $20 per package) + USPS Priority Mail International (flat-rate: $40 per package). Priority Mail generally arrives much faster.
— We process orders Monday - Friday (holidays excluded). Most orders ship within 1-2 days from the order date.
— Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us, which includes your tracking number. Both shipping methods offer excellent tracking information.
— You are solely responsible for payment of any customs fees, duties, and any additional local import fees. For questions specific to this, please contact your local customs agency.
— Because customs processing may delay packages 10 business days or more, we cannot guarantee delivery dates on international orders. In addition, please note that due to Covid-19, all carriers are experiencing unusual delays.
