All our items are packaged as gifts — for you ... or the person you're surprising!

Every item comes with one, if you wish to include it. Simply tell us, in the notes on the checkout page, what you’d like us to write! 

ORDER IS FOR ONE GIFTEE:

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Ship directly to your giftee.

2. Ship to yourself, then hand-gift. You can:

a. Wrap the box your items are shipped in

b. Gift the items in their self-packaging

c. Put the items in separate gift boxes/bags of your choice

ORDER IS FOR MULTIPLE GIFTEES:

YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Ship each person’s gift(s) directly to them.

If they're all going to the same address, we put fun labels with recipient names on them so no one gets mixed up!

If your recipients have different addresses, YOU MUST PLACE SEPARATE ORDERS FOR EACH ADDRESS.

2. Ship to yourself, then hand-gift. You can:

a. Wrap the box(es) your items are shipped in

b. Gift the items in their self-packaging

c. Put the items in separate gift boxes/bags of your choice

WHEN SENDING A GIFT ORDER:

It is your responsibility to make certain all recipient information is correct. Please check, check, and recheck. We want your loved one to receive your gift and we know you do, too!

Please note: AURA LUVR is NOT responsible for incorrect or inaccurate recipient information as supplied by you.

HOW WE SHIP OUR PACKAGES:

We are an eco-protective + earth-conscious company — we send all your items together in one box or envelope, whenever possible, by default.

Some additional exceptions to the one-box rule include: very large orders, orders with multiple sizable items, and orders where you have explicitly requested separate boxes.
